After such a long unplanned break it feels good to get back to work although having to get used to a new normal will not be easy.
We now have in place safety measures for both our customers and ourselves and although these measures may at times cause difficulties and frustration, please bear in mind that it is not through any fault of our own, but we are simply following government guidelines in the best way that we interpret them.
Due to the size of our store we have to allow no more than 2 people in at any one time. This is to keep in line with current social distancing rules. We have floor markings to help with distancing and signage to remind people of the rules.
We have installed a safety screen along our counter. This may appear alienating at first but we are just the same people and hopefully time will allow us all to become more familiar with these new measures.
We have considered new ways of working and implemented new practices.
Any handset presented for repair will be sanitised upon reciept. After repair the handset will again be cleaned and placed inside a new resealable bag. The repaired handset will be given back to you in this bag so you can be assured that you are receiving back a clean, bacteria free handset.
Hand sanitiser is available at our doorway.
Our opening hours have changed for the time being. Our new hours will be
Tuesday to Friday 9.00am until 2.00pm.
Saturday 9.00am until 1.00pm.
The reduced hours are because we understand that some people may still be reluctant to put themselves at risk by venturing out. To accommodate such people we are introducing a collection and drop off service. There will be terms and conditions attached to this service which are documented here
Our new hours and pick up service will be constantly reviewed and any changes that we feel neccessary will be made public and implemented.
The latest government guidelines state that all shoppers must wear a face covering. We would like to make it clear that this is your responsibility and your choice and that the staff at Rossall Mobile Phone Shop will not police this. We appreciate that some people are exempt from wearing face coverings and see this as personal to themselves, as such we would not want to cause any ill feeling or embarrassment through questioning anyone not using a face covering
