WISH

You shop on Wish.com and instead of having your items shipped to your home address you have the option of Local Pick-up. Selecting this will allow you to choose where you would like to collect your Wish items from. This option will give you a discount on the shipping cost

Wish Local Delivery is similar to Local Pick-up as the items that you order are shipped to you chosen store but instead of you having to visit us to collect your packages, we deliver them to you free of charge. Be sure to select this option at checkout if you want to use it

As a Wish Local partner we also carry a stock of items for instant pick-up. Some of these are Wish's own items and some are our own, which we are constantly adding to. All these items can be found on Wish.com or from the Wish App if you use it. These can be found by selecting the "Local" heading near the top of the Wish page. Please remember though that we are not the only Wish Local outlet so items from other local partners will also be shown. Some instant pick-up items also qualify for the free delivery option.

If you are picking up in store Wish will have sent you a QR code. This is like a square bar code. You need to present this to us so that we can locate your package. Without this we are unable to hand anything over to you. The reason for this is both privacy and security. None of the packages that we hold have a customers name on but instaed a 6 character code similar to ABC123. When we scan your QR code this identification code is shown to us. All items that you order to be shipped to our store for collection or free delivery come to us in sealed grey bags for again, privacy and security so for your peace of mind we do not know what you have ordered.
